A few spring flowers

img_20190122_102824309I finally finished my flowers to fill my crock. The shorter flowers were cut out of colored cardstock and the taller flowers were out of white cardstock. I majorly inked the white cardstock to project the shading the flowers really have. The others just have the edges shaded. I used Distress inks, blender and a dauber. They took over 6 hours to make 5 flowers, but I do love them. I’m hoping to put up a video on how I inked them, Let me know if your interested in the link to the video when I post it. The flower patterns were provided by Dreaming Tree. I love their SVG/Studio patterns. Be sure to check them out.

To see closeups of the flowers, you can check them out here.

A Must For Every Craft Room

Must Have!!

Not sharing a project today, but have to share the one thing I can’t go without in my craft room.

The saying “Creativity is Messy & I’m very Creative” totally applies to me.  No matter how hard I try to keep my little pieces from landing on the floor, never happens.

Now that I found these, my craft room has become so much better.

They are priceless!!

I got them at Amazon for $10.55 for 2 (prime available).  Can’t choose the colors, but too important to care.  I hang them off my desk drawers and just sweep those little pieces right into them.
